The name alone should have you engaged, but the food will have you begging for more. I came across this place by happenstance. My fiancé and I were leaving Las Vegas and wanted a nice breakfast from a place we'd never been before. We googled local breakfast places and this came up. In a cute little courtyard on Buffalo Dr we had to wait about 30 minutes to get in due to COVID-19, but it was worth the wait. Let's talk about the details:

Price- I got the short stack White Chocolate Macadamia Nut pancakes in a short stack and it was only $5.75. Which is an amazing price for high quality breakfast food. The menu overall was very cost effective for breakfast.
Presentation- The food came out fast and looked amazing. I was surprised at the detail they put into their pancakes.

Quality- When I took my first bit, the food melted in my mouth. I was in heaven. The overall meal between my fiance and myself was 10 out of 10. There was nothing to complain about.
Quantity- You don't get super large portions, but you get a decent portion size. I was relieved not to have to waste food as we were driving back to Arizona and couldn't save any food.
Overall, this is a small cafe that has an American feel, but takes you to all different countries with their food menu. If you get the chance to travel to Las Vegas you have to check them out and let them know you heard of them from this blog.
