This article is from our print magazine issued April 1st 2022. To order a copy of the magazine please do so here.

We wanted to take the time to honor our small women owned businesses that have been growing and inspiring all of 2021 and now in 2022. Check out these amazing companies.

1) Stacy J Events - Stacy Jewel Beauty - Both these companies were started by Stacy Ayiers-Latimore an entrepreneur who was looking for more out of life than a 9-5 and a paycheck. Her goal is to motivate others to be their better selves with Stacy Jewel Beauty and to provide couples the wedding of their dreams with Stacy J Events. Stacy J Events has a retail store as well. Both companies are combined together on her mobile boutique although they have their own business entities and websites. By the end of the year her goal is to have a permanent location for her mobile boutique and be a well known wedding planner in Arizona.

2) Alize Ayiers Photography - This company was started in 2017 as a fun activity and grew to a business in 2019 as people started requesting services. Alize wants this company to be a company known for capturing moments, but isn’t traditional. There are no set amount of photos to determine the moment being captured. There is no price on memories. The goal by the end of the year is to have a personal studio that can be transformed to capture the clients personality. She also would like to have clients all over the United States, not just in Georgia where they are based.

3) Sisterhood Cakes LLC - As artists with a love for baking, we wanted to incorporate our two hobbies into one and create beautiful tasty treats fresh from our oven, so we can bring a smile to peoples faces. We are looking to build a happy base of steady clientele so we can expand our business and talents. As two hard working mamas, we hope to fully commit all of our time and dedication into this business and create something we can be proud of. By the end of 2022, our goal is to have tried new things, create a brand everyone will love and gain happy repeat clients while growing in the business.

4) Krissy Kreations - Krissy creationsss was dreamed up by a mom who just decided to go for it. The idea behind starting Krissycreationsss was to bring amazing party decor and styling to my community. I love any excuse to celebrate and to bring out my passion of styling. So I decided to pour it into peoples most define moments in life. My mission is to provide a unique experience for my clients. I strive to bring a vision to life. So, I would say just having a desire to grow my skills so that I can continue to provide my community with amazing events. My goals this year are to increase business growth, develop more creative marketing strategies and to introduce new services.

5) Charnay Candles - Charnay Candles is a small candle business I created in 2020. All candles are handcrafted by me and made with 100% soy wax. I started my business because I have a passion for candles and wanted to create a line that provides people with a memorable handcrafted candle that gives them a relaxing peaceful sanctuary when they light it. I hope to have a successful business that is known world wide. All readers can use this coupon code SJM04 for 15% off
