Shine No Matter What

It can be hard to deal with people coming to you all the time asking for help, things, discuss issues, etc. The reason these people come to you is because they trust you are the one who can help them. The issue can be that you get overwhelmed and bogged down by other peoples issues that you forget to shine on your own plans. Never let that happen. Shine no matter what.
First you must never put anyone else's issues in front of your important issues. When you find yourself late with deadlines, chores or appointments because you were helping someone else you have to change your plan. Ask yourself do I have time to help them complete that today. If the answer is no then don't.
Lower your stress by only taking on what you can handle. People will ask you all day for favours, but if you can't do them then just say no. It will not hurt their feelings. They will just find someone else to help them. You may be a person that has a lot on your plate and if you keep adding more you will never feel like you're completing anything.
Shine no matter what by taking time to yourself. You can work, help, clean and do for others, but if you never take time to simply reflect on yourself you will loose sight of yourself. Shining means empowering yourself with knowledge, skill and information. It also means rest, relaxation and meditation. How can you know what to do if all you are doing is going.
Stop waiting for other people to approve your next move. When you shine you are taking steps to better yourself. It could be with health, wealth, skills, mental, physical, personal growth, etc. You don't need their approval to stop eating meat, to invest in a property or to loose weight. When you put in the time and effort to make changes to your life you feel better and people will notice.
Don't let people who aren't doing what you are doing tell you that you're wrong. In many cases, people don't understand what you are doing because it isn't their path. Which means talking to them about it will not encourage you so don't let them dim the light on your dream. Shine and focus no matter what.
When I say shine no matter what that simply means do what your heart desires and focus on self. Self love and goals require determination. Shining is done when people know what your doing by your actions, not by what they are told. You will always be looked at as a go to person because you flourish and move different. That doesn't mean helping people is off the table, but you should already meet your deadlines and goals prior to focusing on helping other people handle things they can take the time and do themselves. You're an amazing person and the only you in the world. Grow, live, and change the world. Keep growing and inspiring.
