Use The 7 Chakra's To Transform Your Life

We all get overwhelmed, anxious and stuck in a place we need help getting out. The easy part is realizing it, the difficult part is figuring out how to move past it. I did a 3 day retreat to clear negative energy, focus on what is important and verify my purpose in life. I'm not a weird spiritual person, meaning, I believe in positive vibes, negative vibes and all that, but I can't say I light a candle and have all the answers. It can be hard for me to focus at times because I have a million things I am thinking about doing. So this retreat was well needed. While transforming my mind I found out what the 7 Chakra's are used for and how we can use them to balance our life, make better decisions and find our purpose.

1 - The Root, (courage) the root is the first chakra and it represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded. It is located at the bast of the spine in the tailbone area. When in balance, it makes us feel secure, stable, healthy and energetic. To use this in meditation focus on what you need to feel stable, healthy and energetic. Listen to your inner voice to guide you.

2 - Sacral, (creativity) the sacral is the second chakra and it represents our connection and ability to accept others and new experiences. It is located in the lower abdomen. When in balance this chakra brings grace, flexibility , and depth of feeling. To use this in meditation focus on thinking outside the box and creative ways to navigate through life.

3 - Solar Plexus, (power) the solar plexus is the third chakra and it represents our ability to accept others and new experiences. It is located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area. When in balance, it brings us the feeling of being comfortable with ourselves and others. To use this in meditation focus on your greatness and what you bring to the table. You can also focus on accepting yourself for who you are.

4 - Heart, (love) the heart is the fourth chakra and it represents our ability to love. It is located in the center of the chest above the heart. When in balance, we feel joy, love, gratitude, and compassion. To use this in meditation focus on closing negative energy with people and building a positive atmosphere for yourself.

5 - Throat, (expression) the throat is the fifth chakra and it represents our ability to communicate. It is located in the throat region. When in balance, we can express our truth without worrying what others may think. To use this in meditation focus on being true to yourself, others around you and feeling positive about it.

6 - Third-Eye, (intuition) the third-eye is the sixth chakra and it represents our ability to focus on and see the big picture. It is located in the middle of the forehead between the eyes. When in balance, we feel open and focused, a deep spiritual connection, and can easily determine between truth and illusion. To use this in meditation focus on what your gut is telling you to do.

7 - Crown, (wisdom) the crown is the seventh chakra and it represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. It is located at the top of the head. When in balance, we live in the now with a strong trust in our inner guidance. To use this in meditation focus on past/present experiences and how you learned from them.

Over the past few years I have mentioned meditation because it has helped me see, heal and change things for the better. There are incense available for each of these chakra's (I got mine from World Market), but I am sure they're all over. Take the time to find a quiet comfortable place, light and incense and focus on what you want answers to. Your life deserves to be lived to the fullest and without regret. After this retreat, I fully understand how changing your life can create personal growth and happiness. We dwell on things, hate for no reason, stress about things and why? Put yourself in a position that no one can disturb because you're living the fullest life possible. Sometimes you have to make changes in order to get the rewards you deserve. Grow, live, and change the world. Keep growing and inspiring.
